Sustainable Land Development International's Breakthroughs Conference

Good Afternoon! Sustainable Land Development International (SLDI) is planning our annual Conference in Asheville, NC on April 7 & 8, 2009. We are looking at putting together a morning Keynote session featuring a panel of local developers facilitated by a SLDI Exec. that will accept/answer questions from our attendees.

If you have any suggestions for me on who/where to contact - I would greatly appreciate the help! You can contact me via email at juptegraph@sldi.org! Check out our event website at www.ldbreakthroughs.com.

Thank you in advance!

Hi Jennifer!
You might contact Jack Cecil with Biltmore Farms. His great-grandfather (Vanderbilt) built/owned the Biltmore Estate and they are in the PUD development of Biltmore Park, Biltmore Lake, and The Ramble to name a few. The Estate has something like 400 acres of pristine forest. Also, Mr. Bill Bass of Bass & Royster is a "Green" builder/developer and one of the largest in Buncombe County. He has taught some Real Estate classes and spoken at our local Board of Realtors meetings, so he might be a good presenter for you.

Biltmore Farms phone number is: 828-209-2000. Bass & Royster's phone number is: 828-252-6664. They probably both have websites, so you might Google them.

I hope you have a succesful conference!
Jayne
