Any comments on Seven Falls. We've been waiting for that place to take off. I guess the housing crash the way it is, even the golfing types aren't building. Are you familiar with the local builders in Etowah. Ernie Ball, Dan Dakote, Mike Mathews, BJ Greer. They kept us busy for years. Even though things have crashed we're still doing homes in that area.

A native of Upstate South Carolina, I have been a resident of Western North Carolina for over 30 years. I have lived in the South Asheville area for over 23 years and work there and in Henderson and surrounding counties. I earned an Associates Degree in Accounting from Asheville-Buncombe Technical College and I am a Broker, REALTOR® and a multi-million dollar producer.
