I believe that knowledge and a willingness to go the extra mile for custom builders and homeowners set’s us apart. We are not just another garage door company. We expect to create relationships with our customers for life. When someone calls Hamilton Door Company, they are calling me, the owner, and I believe in answering that call. Poor or lacking customer service has become an accepted hurdle in doing business of any kind. It is not acceptable to me. To actually excel at customer service is hard work and is rarely recognized. Expert knowledge and execution of the task at hand is what our customers have come to expect and it is why we are successful.
